Life after Zombies

White Zombie bassist Sean Yseult rocks out in New Orleans with Rock City Morgue

So what do you do once you're a success? You've lived your dreams. You are a rock star. You've played to stadiums filled with thousands screaming your name. People pay homage to you in fan clubs and on web sites.

For Sean Yseult, the famed foxy bass-player for White Zombie who has inspired thousands of young rockers to go out and learn the guitar, the answer is move to New Orleans and keep playing.

The post-zombie life now entails co-owning a popular New Orleans haunt-- The Saint . It also means rocking out with her new band-- Rock City Morgue. (Although she did tour Japan with her now-defunct all-girl band, Famous Monsters.)

Rock City Morgue is a fabulous ensemble of local talent fronted by former Man Scout of America, Rik Slave. So far, they only have a 5-song mini ep on the market, but their shows play to packed houses and the CD is prime example of quality over quantity.
