Adopt-A-Monster is a shelter and adoption service for orphaned and homeless pet monsters. We believe all furry creatures — cats, dogs, hamsters and monsters — deserve to be cared for and loved. It's our goal to match our furry creatures with the people who can best care for them.

Our monsters begin as helpless lumps of faux fur, and at the hands of the shelter manager, Denise, are shaped and groomed into adoptable furry pets. All of the monsters in the orphanage are lovingly handmade, each has it's own personality and no two are exactly alike.

• Magnetic monsters are, in fact,magnets. They will stick to most metal surfaces, thanks to a heavy-duty 3/4" magnet attached to their behinds. They're great for decoration or to hold up important notes.

• Our coin-eating monsters are change purses, wallets and "piggy" banks. They vary in size, so read the vital statistics of each monster carefully before purchasing. That way, you can be sure your monster will be the right size for your needs.

• The monsters bags are great for carrying all your essentials. We have a variety of shapes and sizes. Please check the dimensions next to each monster's description for details.

• Cuddlers are plush monsters great for cuddling at bedtime, decorating your house or giving as gifts. They come in various shapes and sizes, are handmade and no two are exactly alike.

• Scarf monsters are extra plush creatures made with the softest faux furs. Each has a soft fleece belly that feels great and will keep you warm during the long, windy winter.

Most of our monsters are suitable for adults and older children with supervision. They are not appropriate for children under 4, due to the small parts we use to make our monsters. We try our best to make sure those small pieces stay attached, but better safe than sorry!
