Monday is "Hot on a Budget" day...
Mondays are all about how to dress well, be beautiful, live well and look hot without spending a ton of money. We are looking for how-to beauty and fashion articles, budget fashionista insights, links to great sales, deals and products online. Anything health and wellness-related that is relevant to a young, hip female audience is encouraged. We are open to all kinds of ideas and posts related to fashion and beauty, and anything with a holistic or green bent is also encouraged.
Tuesday is "True Tales" and "So True Tips" day...
Tuesdays are the day to bare your soul. We welcome all true stories of all types from our readers. The only guidelines are the story has to be true, and has to be of interest to an audience of hip mostly female readers ages 18-40ish in the U.S. and U.K. We prefer stories written in a very personal tone, like you are telling the story to a friend.
"So True Tips" is your chance to share your know-how with other readers. Any topic that helps ladies live well without spending a ton of money is welcome.
Wednesday is all about food...
On Wednesdays, our mouths water. We post favorite recipes, reviews of cookbooks and cooking tools, cocktail recipes, and point you to tons of resources for doing things deliciously in the kitchen. If you have a fav recipe, a cooking-related tale, or an idea, please pass it along! Posts related to healthy eating, budget cooking and easy-to-pack lunches, vegan and vegetarian fare, and entertaining and dinner parties are especially welcome.
Thursday is "Retro Decorating" day...
Thursdays are the day for retro decorating ideas, projects, and inspiration. We're looking for photos of fat retro-inspired rooms, how-tos for home decorating projects, and information on products and resources to help our readers re-do their rooms.
Friday is "Friday Night Craft" day...
On Fridays, we post a crafty project that can be done either in one evening or in one weekend. We welcome projects of all kinds, all skill levels, and all themes. The only "rule" is that readers who want to do the project should be able to complete it either in one night or in one weekend.
